Examine Yourselves to See if You are in the Faith

@ Corinthians 13 verse 5, we are told to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith. There is a saying going around that is so true." Eternity is too long to be wrong". This is a true statement. My friend, Jesus told us that he is the only way to Heaven John 14 verse 6. Do not take my word or anyone's word about whether you are saved. There are many deceivers in the world that will tell you a lie. Jesus Christ is the only one that gave his life for your sins and was resurrected three days later. Remember what he said, he is the ONLY way to the Father.

Does Being Baptized Save You?

Just because you have been baptized does not mean you will have a home in heaven. Many religions believe in infant baptism and some people may confuse this with salvation. Jesus said you must be born again. Salvation comes by faith in Jesus Christ.. For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Baptism comes after salvation. Baptism is an act of obedience and it represents the death , burial and resurrection Please do your research on this subject since I cannot put all of the comments I want to in this blog. Do your research because your eternity depends on it. God Bless You..

Is believing that Jesus is the son of God enough

I have many friends that say that they believe that Jesus is the Son of God. I also believed that Jesus was the Son of God before I was saved. The Bible tells us that even the demons know that Jesus is the Son of God, and we know where they will spend eternity. The Bible tells us to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and confess him as Lord and we shall be saved. Romans 10 verse 9. We must also remember that we must repent of our sins and turn to Jesus Christ and follow him for the rest of our life. Yes, the devils believe in Jesus, but not as their Lord, for their master is Satan. They have no repentance and will spend eternity in hell. If you do not want to be as one of the demons, you must repent of your sins, believe that Jesus Christ is the virgin born, only Son of God who shed his precious blood on the cross for your sins, was raised the third day and has ascended into heaven. Repent and follow him today.

Is Jesus the only way to Heaven?

Jesus said in John chapter 14 verse 6. I am the way, the truth and the life: no man comes unto the Father , but by me. Jesus himself said he was the door to Heaven and he made it very clear that he is the only door.

Which Jesus Do You Serve

My friend believes that Jesus Christ is actually Michael the angel from the Old Testament. I told him that Jesus is not a created being as the angels are, but that Jesus is God in the flesh. You may wonder who would ever believe that Jesus and Michael where the same person. This is the common belief of the Jehovah's witnesses. My question to you is, what Jesus are you putting your trust in? You will not get to heaven by good works, or by being baptized or by even repeating a magic prayer. Jesus Christ, the true Son of God said to repent and believe the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus said he was the only door to heaven. Please examine yourself to know that when you die, you will spend eternity with the real Jesus Christ, the true Son of God.

Do Not Be a Defeated Christian

Many people profess to be followers of Christ, yet they spend a lifetime never confessing Christ to anyone.  I believe the reason for this is they either do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, or they are living a defeated Christian life.  If we truly love Jesus Christ, then we should be about the Father's business, sharing the love of Jesus to everyone we meet.  Jesus did not give us a spirit of fear but of power through the Holy Spirit.  If we will spend time in God's Holy word and spend time on our knees in prayer to the Father praying for the lost, we will receive the power to be bold witnesses for Christ.
